Problem
Studio development was the bottleneck. Exception handling, code review and process routing were all manual, and every new automation started from a blank canvas.
Approach
Integrated Claude Code and Codex directly into the UiPath Studio workflow for AI-native scaffolding, and used the Claude API for automated exception-handling suggestions, GenAI code review inside the IDE, and context-aware routing decisions at runtime. Piloted multi-agent patterns pairing Claude reasoning with UiPath execution.
Result
Claude- and Codex-assisted document classification removed manual triage from downstream processes, and scaffolding and review now happen inside the IDE instead of as separate review cycles.
Problem
A financial services client had hit the ceiling of low-code. Complex multi-step processes were slow to build, hard to review, and fragile at runtime.
Approach
Architected a reusable enterprise coded-agent framework on UiPath Coded Agents and the C# SDK, with a custom activity library for direct microservice integration and code-first exception handling backed by structured logging.
Result
Standardised reusable components cut development cycle time across teams, runtime stability improved on the most complex processes, and the coding standards set here became the team’s review baseline.
Problem
Case handling was spread across systems with no single view of status, and routing and escalation depended on people remembering the rules.
Approach
Designed a full UiPath Maestro case management solution covering intake, assignment, SLA tracking, escalation and resolution, with BPMN/DMN decision models driving priority-based routing and IXP Extraction Agents handling contingency documents.
Result
Manual intervention in routing dropped, the same orchestration core was extended to large-scale case updates in production, and the client gained a centralised control-plane view of case status.
Published a 100-day automation series on UiPath RPA, Agentic AI, and GenAI adoption — recognized as a thought leader in UiPath-driven AI convergence.
Delivered training on UiPath RPA, Agentic AI, GenAI automation frameworks, and Claude Code / Codex integration to aspiring developers.
